Foreigners Scoop U.S.: Hillary says Obama Will Sue over Arizona's Immigration Law

Apparently Hillary, Ecuador and Colombians, knew 10 days ago that Obama and the Department of Justice had decided to sue Arizona, for passing an immigration law, even though Arizona's law has more civil liberty protections in it than the Federal Immigration Law.

"President Obama has spoken out against the law because he thinks that the federal government should be determining immigration policy," she said. "And the Justice Department, under his direction, will be bringing a lawsuit against the act."

One would hope that someone in Obama's gang has actually read the Arizona Law by now.

One would also think that rather than fight Arizona - who is only trying to do the security job to protect its citizens that the Fed's have refused to do - that they would instead obey their own Fed Law and enforce it. Problem solved.

But, no, Obama is not going to do the ONE thing he is actually authorized and sworn to do...protect and secure the U.S. from external disorder.

He will fight instead an American State, and the majority who support it, while continuing to assure foreign Countries that the status quo of breaking our immigration laws will be upheld by his Department of Justice...because what Obama "will not allow is"...

Finally a Federal definition of what is -is.

Obama's Federal power ascendancy policies of Socialist Government control of all phases of corporate, public, and private life, the encroachment on our individual liberties, properties and prosperity, can only work, like the Health Care Scam, if all States are subjugated to nonrecoursed objection, bribed, or silenced into participation.

Obama is determined to make individual States powerless and wrest from ANY their soverign duty to secure 'internal order'. [The Federalist #45]

Obama is not silencing Arizona.
Governor Jan Brewer says - "We are not going to back away from this issue. We are going to pursue it, we’re going to be very aggressive. We'll meet them in court ... And we will win."

Let us just hope that Arizona does not find itself being legislated against from the bench by a Judge, flyin hero's posters in his office, like the empathetic Ohio Judge James Burge below...
