Plug the Damned Holes: the Progressive Police CHIEF Association

So, besides the 83 plus professed Progressive lawmakers in Congress, founded in 1991 by socialist Bernie Sanders, we find out today that we have a group of law enforcers called the Progressive Police CHIEF Association meeting with Eric (The- I've glanced at it) Holder to discuss the Arizona Immigration law.

I don't know 'bout you but anytime I see progressive in a sentence or a title now I shudder.

These Chiefs, who have organized themselves obviously by ideology, told Holder that having to determine whether a person is in the United States illegally will break down the trust that police have built in communities and will divert law enforcement resources away from fighting crime.

If that happens, " we will be unable to do our jobs," said Los Angeles Police Chief Charlie Beck. "Laws like this will actually increase crime, not decrease crime."

Tucson Police Chief Roberto Villasenor said the requirements of the new law are so burdensome that "we doubt the federal government can even handle the numbers of people we will bring to them" on immigration status.



Last I read being in the country illegally is still 'a crime'...and determining that status is not a diversion from fighting crime since the requirement to even ask for legal status is if one has committed some crime already.

It is not explained how "laws like this" will increase crime but it is clear that "being unable to do their job" should go to those who, don't legislate from political police forums, and can do the job of enforcing our nations laws.

The Obama troops continue to gather in conference in it's War against what the majority of Americans want and we continue to see just how deeply entrenched these tentacles of radical resistance to our values have become.

These Progressive Police Chiefs do not represent the majority of Police Organizations- yet they are the ones that are chosen as the immigration "law enforcement" spokespeople by Holder.

As to - the requirements of the new law are so burdensome that "we doubt the federal government can even handle the numbers of people we will bring to them"

...well, how about plugging the holes on the borders and get the invasion down to a handleable number?
It is totally irresponsible to shrug a national burden off and allow the problem to get even bigger. Instead, Let's just give up.

Imagine if these Progressive Police Chiefs were in charge of the gulf's oil spill - it's to burdensome- the millions of gallons are just not handleable - everything we've tried to plug the hole hasn't worked - the volume will eventually dissipate. Ignore it.

What is next?... Well, we're not going to enforce some laws because the Correctional Institutions won't be able to handle the number of people we would bring to them...but we expect crime to go down.
