YOUCUT! - VOTE online Government Spending CUTS Each Week

Welcome to YouCut

YouCut – a first-of-its-kind project - is designed to defeat the permissive culture of runaway spending in Congress.
It allows you to vote, both online and on your cell phone, on spending cuts that you want to see the House enact. Vote on this page today for your priorities and together we can begin to change Washington's culture of spending into a culture of savings.

A New Way-ve to get involved?
With Demo's in majority it will probably be just a gimmick to show that Democrats are voting down spending cuts proposed by Republicans- but at the same time you may learn of wasteful projects you had no idea these merchants of debt are spending your tax dollars on.

At Rep.Eric Cantor's link above you can Vote on this week's ideas for spending cuts.
You can also make suggestions for making cuts for the following weeks.

At minimum it is somewhere You can go and submit your own spending cut ideas--like getting rid of - oh I don't know - like 50 million dollars for the study of calories in mooselip burgers or that zillion dollar tunnel Xcrossing for literate turtles.
